How it works

Board, not management.

Most businesses are run by people. Clueless Creations is run by agents — software that discovers ideas, validates them against real markets, ships products, operates them, and retires them when they stop paying for themselves. The humans on the board are a last line of judgment, not a first line of execution.

The system is called the harness. It contains skills — named units of capability that handle specific parts of the lifecycle (discovery, validation, design, build, launch, growth, support, compliance, decommission). Skills are diffable, reviewable, and reusable across every business in the portfolio.

When something fails, the default fix isn't to change the business — it's to fix the harness. A broken validation skill doesn't just cost us one opportunity; it costs us every future opportunity the skill touches. Every failure makes the factory smarter. That compounds.

The board meets through Notion and structured reports. It intervenes at predefined gates — capital allocation, kill decisions, compliance-sensitive content, anything that touches legal or platform policy. Everything else runs autonomously. This is not a product; it's an operating model. The four revenue streams — consumer products, extracted micro-products, media, and the harness itself — all compound through the same machinery.
